Biking the Golden Gate Bridge
I rented a bike at Pier 41 and rode it along the bay. There was a great section called Crissy Field that was an area just for bikes and pedestrians. I rode up the hill and up on to the bridge. There were a lot of walkers and bikers. The bikes rode with the pedestrians, and everyone was fairly cordial.
On the other side of the bridge there was a steep road down into Sausalito. I rode around Sausalito for about 45 minutes and then took a ferry back across the bay. These were seagulls at the front of the boat.
It is hard to tell from this picture, but this boat was giant. It was amazing to see it run up close to the ferry and then tilt in the wind.
It was still early when I crossed the bridge - around 10am.
